The Indian gaming community received a major blow after the ban on the popular mobile game PUBG Mobile. It was a part of the third crackdown on the Chinese-owned apps and online platforms, the Indian government has now banned PUBG.
PUBG was one of the most popular games in India, in fact, around 25% of all of PUBG’s global gamer base came from India—with more than 175 million game installation in India.
Meanwhile, MS Dhoni’s fans are already feeling bad for the cricketer after the multiplayer game was banned by the Indian government.
Well, for the unversed, MS Dhoni was a big fan of the game and he was often spotted playing the game while chilling in hotel rooms or during his international tours. Even during the lockdown period, MS Dhoni didn’t miss out on playing the popular game.
Earlier, MS Dhoni’s wife Sakshi Dhoni had also revealed how MS Dhoni was engrossed into the game. She revealed:
“He has got a thinking brain; it does not rest. When he plays video games, it helps him divert his mind, which is a good thing. Nowadays PUBG has encroached my bed. Mahi is sleep talking about PUBG these days,”
