The Qualifier 1 between Chennai Super Kings and Delhi Capitals on Sunday turned out to be an absolute thriller. MS Dhoni and his team showed great fight and confidence and they eventually defeated Delhi Capitals by 4 wickets with 2 balls left.

MS Dhoni, who was going through a tough time with the bat made a stunning comeback with the back and took his time directly into the finals. Dhoni made everyone nostalgic as he produced a vintage knock by smashing 18 runs off just 6 deliveries against Delhi Capitals.

Set to chase 173 runs, CSK lost their in-form batsman Faf Du Plessis in the very first over. But Ruturaj Gaikwad continued with his good form and scored 70 off 50 balls. Robin Uthappa gave us a glimpse of his vintage style as he scored an amazing and crucial 63 off 44 runs. CSK lost a few wickets quickly and it came down to 13 needed off the final over for the side.
