The Indian skipper Virat Kohli proved why he is hailed as the modern-day legend of this day after he made a stunning comeback into the game. During the 2nd T20I match against England, Virat played an instrumental role and took his team to victory to level the ongoing 5-match T20I series against England.

Later, after Ishan was dismissed out for LBW, Virat and Rishabh Pant took the match by storm and after Pant fell for a 13-ball 26, Iyer joined Kohli. Though the run-rate had come down to less than six, but Kohli soon brought up his with a six in the over.

Kohli played a stunning knock of 73 runs, where he smashed 5 fours and 3 sixes, including the winning sixer.
