Young Indian bowler Ravi Bishnoi has made a dream start to his T20 International career for the Indian cricket team in the ongoing first match of the three-match T20I series against West Indies on Wednesday.
As the match kickstarted, Ravi Bishnoi received his maiden India T20 International cap from senior India leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal. The BCCI also shared the video of Ravi Bishnoi receiving cap from Yuzvendra Chahal via their official Twitter handle.

Ravi Bishnoi, who hails from Jodhpur Rajasthan, impressed one and all with his performances for the 2020 Under-19 World Cup in South Africa under the guidance of Rahul Dravid. Later, the 21-year-old Ravi Bishnoi starred because of his stunning performances in the marquee Indian Premier League (IPL) for Punjab Kings (PBKS) franchise. He has picked 24 wickets in 23 games he has played so far in the game at an economy of 6.96 and at an average of 25.2.
Talking about his overall T20 stats, he has played 42 T20 games, picking 49 wickets with leg-spin at an economy of 6.63 and an average of 21.6.
In the ongoing match, Ravi Bishnoi made a stellar start to his performance as he picked the wickets of Roston Chase and Rovman Powell to end with figures of 2/17 as the Indian cricket team was able to restrict the West Indies to 157/7 in 20 overs.
