10 Viral Memes On Krunal Pandya’s Poor All-Round Show

Krunal Pandya’s Poor All-Round Show: The much-awaited phase-2 of the Indian Premier League finally resumed on Sunday and what a thrilling start to the tournament. The first clash of phase 2 saw arch-rivals Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings taking on each other. Mumbai Indians started the show with a bang, however, it was Chennai Super Kings who came back from behind and shattered Mumbai’s plans.

After opting to bat first, CSK suffered a top-order collapse, with the likes of Faf du Plessis and Moeen Ali bagged ducks. And if this wasn’t enough, Ambati Rayudu got retired hurt on the second ball. Experienced players MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina also failed to do much with their bats.

While the Mumbai Indians’ bowlers were having a great time troubling CSK batsmen, their all-rounder Krunal Pandya left everyone disappointed with his dismal show. Ruturaj Gaikwad and Ravindra Jadeja gave Krunal a hard time as they together fought back to bring the much-needed momentum back to the game. Krunal gave away 27 runs in the two overs he bowled with his economy rate being 13.50.

Later, Krunal failed to contribute with the bat as well. He went down as the sixth wicket, after getting dismissed in the most unfortunate manner, via a run-out. A communication gap took place between him and Saurabh Tiwary and as a result, Krunal found himself short of the crease.

Meanwhile, fans on social media were left disappointed with the poor performance of Krunal Pandya. In no time, the social media got flooded with memes and posts trolling the left-arm spinner. Here, check out the reactions of Twitterati on this:
