1. Glenn Maxwell: Australia’s World Cup hero Glenn Maxwell, popularly known as “Glennpreet” among the Punjab fans, has not been at his best in the IPL 2015 so far. The swashbuckling batsman has fallen prey to his not so good shot selection and he hasn’t been able to convert his starts into a big score. Although, there are plenty of big hitter in Kings XI Punjab, Maxwell value in the team is unparalleled as he has the potential of winning the matches single-handedly with his bat.

2. Suresh Raina: Suresh Raina, who is the highest run scorer in the history of IPL, has just scored 18 runs in 2 matches so far. Raina is the most reliable batsman in the Chennai Super Kings’ set up and his form at no. 3 has always been the most crucial factor for the Chennai Super Kings. One of the key men if the yellow brigade have to harbour any intentions of winning the title.

3. Virat Kohli: The Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper is yet to show his true colours as far as his form is concerned in IPL 2015. Touted as one of the best batsmen in world cricket, Kohli has looked out of sorts in the games he has played so far in the tournament managing only 54 runs in 2 matches. His form is vital to the fortunes of the RCB outfit.

4. AB de Villiers: The Superman from South Africa has not quite lived up to the reputation that he has created for himself. We all know it’s just a matter of time with AB de Villiers, but the RCB fans would hoping that he gets going in the next match and entertain the crowd with his ‘360 degree’ stroke play.

5. Aaron Finch: The Aussie opener was picked up by the Mumbai Indians in this year’s auction. Looking out of sorts with his batting, Finch has failed to carry forward his good form from the ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. He also got retired hurt in his last innings and his participation in the remaining matches looks highly doubtful.

6. Yusuf Pathan: India discard and one of the most hard-hitting batsmen in the tournament, Yusuf Pathan was retained by the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in this year’s auction as well. Yusuf Pathan is one of the biggest names in the KKR’s set-up but the big hitting all-rounder is yet to deliver on his price tag. Pathan’s blade has yielded only 17 runs from 2 matches. If he has to do any good to the cause of donning Team India colours in the near future, the senior Pathan would have to fire sooner than later.

These are men who matter. And it is about time they deliver.
