Former Indian fast bowler Laxmipathy Balaji has been selected as the bowling coach of Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Balaji, who retired from international cricket last year, is also the bowling coach of Tamil Nadu.
Making the announcement, KKR CEO said:

Commenting on his new role as bowling coach of KKR, Balaji said:

“I had thoroughly enjoyed my stint as a player for KKR and I am delighted to be back to the franchise that I have admired”.
