IPL 2017: RCB’s Likely Playing XI For The First Match Against SRH

IPL 2017: The defending champions Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) will take on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at their home around in the inaugural match of the tenth edition of Indian Premier League (IPL 2017). SRH defeated RCB in the final of IPL 2016 and fans from both sides are looking forward to this cracking encounter.

RCB have been hit many injuries but they are still a very good side. Former Australian all-rounder Shane Watson will lead the side in Virat Kohli and AB de Villiers’ absence. Both, Kohli and De Villiers are nursing their respective injuries. While Virat Kohli has been ruled out for the first couple of weeks, AB de Villiers is likely to get back on the field in the second match. RCB’s opening batsman KL Rahul has also been ruled out for the tournament with shoulder injury.

So, with all this injury issues, RCB, despite having a strong squad, will find it difficult without their star players. However, with the likes of Chris Gayle, Shane Watson and Tymal Mills in their side, RCB would back themselves to put up a good show in the opening match against SRH.
