ICC has released the latest test rankings and the good news for India is that Cheteshwar Pujara has climbed one spot to attain the third spot in the test rankings for batsmen. Pujara so far is the leading run scorer in Tests this year with 1140 runs to his name.

In 2017 Pujara has hit 4 Test centuries and has impressed everyone with his performance. On top of the list is the Aussies Skipper, Steven Smith. Smith after a staggering double ton in the Perth Test has now equalled Len Hutton in terms of second highest test ratings of all times.
Smith as per the latest rankings has a mammoth rating of 945 while first in the list is Sir Don Bradman with ratings of 961.
Steve Smith is followed by Virat Kohli who is at the second spot in the ICC test rankings for batsmen. Virat Kohli has retained the second spot after scoring plenty of runs in the test series against Sri Lanka. Kane Williamson and Joe Root are also in the top 5. While the New Zealand Skipper is at the 4th place, England’s captain enjoys number 5 in the list of ICC test rankings for batsmen.
David Warner is at the 6th spot followed by Hashim Amla, Azhar Ali, Dinesh Chandimal and Ross Taylor on the list of Top 10.
Bowlers Rankings As far as the best bowlers in Tests are concerned, Jimmy Anderson leads the way with 892 points. He’s followed by Rabada who is at the second spot. Third and the fourth places are held by India. Ravindra Jadeja is at the third spot and R Ashwin at the fourth. Following them at the 5th spot is Josh Hazlewood.
