Yuzvendra Chahal Created Two Very Embarrassing Records In The Second T20I

After behind highly successful in the ODI series, the T20 series hasn’t fared that well for Yuzvendra Chahal. In the second T20I Chahal got himself a few records and he surely didn’t want them.

In the second T20I which India lost out to the Proteas by 6 wickets, here are the embarrassing records Chahal created.

1. Chahal leapfrogged Ravindra Jadeja to become the bowler to have conceded most sixes for India in T20 internationals match. Jadeja had once gone for 6 sixes In a game.

2. Going for 64 runs in his quota, Yuzvendra Chahal is now the bowler to have gone for maximum runs in a T20I match. The previous highest was 57 which were conceded by Joginder Sharma in Durban.

India would have loved to seal the series by winning the second T20I but the hosts had different plans. South Africa defeated India by 6 wickets to level the series. South Africa won the toss and decided to ball first and ended up chasing the target swiftly.

Having set a target of 188, India lost the game and now the stage is set for a perfect final. Klaasen and Duminy stole Dhoni’s and Manish Pandya’s thunder and swung the game the Proteas way like a boss.

It was the South African Skipper who guided his team home along with Klaasen. While JP Duminy remained unbeaten on 64 from 40 balls, Klaasen made 69 from just 30 balls. Twitter isn’t really impressed by the Indian bowlers.
