The ongoing test series between Australia and South Africa is one befitting contest. As two handsome and aggressive sides lock horns with each other in the Rainbow Nation, explosions are bound to happen. We say how in the first test things got really out of control between David Warner and Quinton De Kock.
Both the players were even reprimanded and penalised by the ICC. In another incident from the first test, Nathan Lyon was fined for his misconduct towards AB De Villiers. The first test was by all means a heated up scenario.
As action moved to Port Elizabeth for the second test, aggression still remained over the top. Batting first, Australia got out for 243 in the first inning. David Warner top scored for the Aussies with a knock of 63 and no other batsman could go past 50 besides him.
For the Proteas it was Kagiso Rabada who shined with the ball as he picked up 5 wickets. Lungi Ngidi and Philander scalped 3 and 2 wickets each.
Rabada Gives An Animated Send Of To Smith
Kagiso Rabada is one aggressive bowler and his aggression has taken him to the top of ICC test rankings. In the 52nd over Rabada went about hitting Smith on the pads and went up in appeal immediately. Smith was given out by the umpire and the Aussie captain straightaway went for the review.
But the review was not in favour of Smith and he has to make the walk back. Infuriated and animated at the wicket, Kagiso Rabada rubbed his shoulder against Smith. This send off could very well land Rabada in troubled waters for he has already earned him some demerit points in previous games.
