However, do you know things weren’t like this from the beginning? Well, recently, during a chat with Gaurav Kapur during the show, Breakfast with Champions, Rohit relived the memories of his debut series and recalled the memories of his first meeting with Yuvraj Singh.

Rohit Sharma first revealed his name, as the cricketer who did his ragging, he said :

“Yuvraj Singh, who else,”

He revealed :

“I used to fear the players. The first time when I was to board the team bus with other players, I reached the lobby one hour earlier. I was waiting for everyone. They came slowly but Yuvraj was looking different from farsight. I was a big fan of Yuvi (Yuvraj Singh).,”

“In the bus, he came close to me asked: “Did I know whose seat it was? Did I know who sits there? So it was not the first good experience for me with Yuvraj Singh. On the first international tour as well, where Yuvraj was Man of the series, we did not talk and when I congratulated him, he just said thanks. It was only when he smashed six sixes in an over when he came to ask me and we went to eat something outside.,”

Talking about their game, while Rohit Sharma is one of the permanent member of the squad, on the other hand Yuvraj Singh will be looking to make a comeback in the Indian team as  BCCI has already preponed the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy 2018 and there is a little scope to see Yuvraj Singh back in the squad.
