KL Rahul Refused To Reveal The Meaning Behind His New Celebration In The Second ODI

After facing failure in first ODI against West Indies, the Men In Blue bounced back wonderfully by posting a mammoth total of 387 runs in the second ODI today. The Indian squad gave a brilliant performance and kept the crowd in Visakhapatnam on the edge of their seats.

Indian openers Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul gave a flying start to the Indian cricket team by stitching a 227-run partnership that left everyone in awe of their mesmerizing performances. In the absence of Shikhar Dhawan, KL Rahul has been carrying his Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy form and has been delivering impressive performances for India.

KL Rahul has been gaining praise from all the corners for his performance. He went on to scored 102 runs in 104 balls, smashing 8 fours and 3 sixes.

However, what caught everyone’s attention was KL Rahul’s unique celebration after he reached his ton. KL Rahul was seen celebrating his ton by covering his ears with his fingers, shutting the noise of his critics and haters while doing his job for his country.

After the match, KL Rahul was asked about his unique celebrations, to which he said:

My mindset’s very clear, I know my responsibility. I’ll let the celebration stay a mystery. Today was my day, I was hitting the ball well, fortunately, it came off. All the conversations between me and Rohit are mostly tactical, we plan that and try to execute, happy that all those plans came off today,”

Well, whatever the reason was his performance gave a brilliant kickstart to team India, who went on to win the second ODI against West Indies by 107 runs.
