Abdul-Razzaq-640x450

Former Pakistani all-rounder, Abdul Razzaq has been making a lot of news these days and for all the wrong reasons. The former cricketer recently made headlines when he said that Pakistan has more talented players than the Indian skipper, Virat Kohli.

This was the second time in recent times when the all-rounder has undermined the cricketing skills of the Indian skipper. He said:

He is a fantastic player and there is no doubt about it. However, he is lucky as the BCCI supports him well and instills the confidence in him that any player needs to succeed. The respect he gets from his board is what probably inspires him to do well all the time and the results are there for all to see.”

He added:

I do believe that even in Pakistan we have players who could become better than Virat Kohli, but they are neglected by our system which is a tragedy. In Kohli’s case, he has taken that confidence shown in him by the board and using his talent, repaid them with his performances.”

Jasprit Bumrah

This isn’t it last month, he was trolled brutally by the cricket fans after he called Jasprit Bumrah a ‘Baby Bowler’ and said that he would have attacked and dominated the speedster. Now the former cricketer is getting trolled again for his comments on IPL.

In an interview, Abdul Razzaq stated that if the best teams are formed from both the T20 leagues, the PSL is likely to come out victorious. He said:

If a team of the best players from the Indian Premier League faced a team made-up of the best players from the Pakistan Super League, the PSL team would win,”

His quote was quoted by a Twitter user “Saj Sadiq”.

Twitterati aren’t happy with Abdul Razzaq’s comments on the IPL. They are once again trolling the former Pakistani for his comments.
