Ever since then, fans have fallen in love with her simplicity and fun-loving nature. Meanwhile, the young star has revealed that she loves watching Pakistan’s star cricketer Babar Azam’s cover drives.

Well, as of now, there is no sporting action taking place all around the world, because of the Coronavirus scare, which has affected the whole world, so many celebrities and cricketers are utilizing this time to interact with their fans with the help of social media.

Even Jemimah Rodrigues also decided to interact with her fans via live chat on Instagram. During the live session, Jemimah was flooded with many interesting questions from passionate cricket fans.

Amidst many, a netizen asked her about her favorite shot, to which Jemimah replied  ‘Cover drive’ in no time. Jemimah was further asked to name a player who she thinks can play the cover drive better. After this, Jemimah took the name of  Pakistan’s Babar Azam and said that she likes to watch him playing cover drives. She said:

“I love Babar Azam’s cover drives,”

Jemimah was also asked which male cricketer she would like to play under to which Rodrigues replied by saying the name of MS Dhoni. She said:

None other than MS Dhoni. I mean you have grown up watching him and what he did in the World Cups. Winning those two World Cups (ICC World T20 2007 & ICC Cricket World Cup 2011) I mean that itself speaks. We have heard so much in interviews when there are so many people that they say they have never seen a captain like Mahendra Singh Dhoni. So, you know it’s always like a fantasy that one day I will get to play under him but I don’t know if that’s possible”
