These statements establish the fact that the Indian players earn a lot of money every year. Forbes issued a list recently where it publicized the earnings of the top 10 Indian cricket stars in 2019.

Ravindra Jadeja – 18.41 Crores INR

Star Indian all-rounder, Ravindra Jadeja attained the 51st position in the highest-earning Indian celebrities of 2019. He earned over 18 Crores INR through his BCCI contract, CSK deal and brand endorsements of Zeven, Incredible India, Castrol, Asian Paints, Reliance Jio, and Bajaj Almond hair oil.

Shikhar Dhawan – 19.11 Crores INR

Shikhar Dhawan earned 3 crores more than the amount he earned in 2018. The left-handed batsman’s fortunes changed when he became a part of Delhi Capitals in 2019. Apart from playing on the field, Dhawan also earns money by endorsing Boat, Canara Bank, Ramsons, Alcis Sports, and Big Bazaar FBB.

KL Rahul – 23.19 Crores INR

Kings XI Punjab captain KL Rahul receives a majority of his earnings from his IPL franchise. The Mohali-based franchise has signed him for 11 crores INR. He owns a Mercedes AMG C43 sedan and also has multiple endorsement deals.

Jasprit Bumrah – 23.25 Crores INR


One of the world’s best fast bowler at the moment, Jasprit Bumrah edged KL Rahul to take the seventh position in this list. His A+ contract with BCCI earns him 7 crores annually while Mumbai Indians also pay him the same amount. He also has a lucrative endorsement deal with Dream 11 and other major companies.

Hardik Pandya – 24.87 Crores INR

Another Gujarati cricketer to feature on this list is the Baroda-based all-rounder, Hardik Pandya. It is worth noting that Pandya had been involved in a massive controversy in 2019. He lost a majority of his brand endorsement deals. Still, the hard-hitting all-rounder made nearly 25 crores last year.

Rishabh Pant – 29.19 Crores INR

Rishabh Pant was the breakout star of 2019. His deal with the Delhi Capitals is worth whopping ₹15 crores whereas JSW Steel roped him in as their brand ambassador for three years. Pant is also associated with Adidas and SG.

Rohit Sharma – 54.29 Crores INR

It is surprising to note that the vice-captain of the Indian limited overs team, Rohit Sharma does not feature in the top 4 of this list. He earned over 50 crores last year courtesy of his contract, IPL deal and association with Lays, Adidas, Maggi, Nissan, Relispray, Ceat, Oppo, and Hublot.

Sachin Tendulkar – 76.96 Crores INR

Despite the fact that he quit the game years ago, Sachin Tendulkar acquired the third position in the list of highest earning cricketers in 2019. His investments helped him earn so much money apart from his endorsements of Adidas, Coca Cola, and BMW India. In case you did not know, Tendulkar is the co-owner of two luxurious hotels in Mumbai.

MS Dhoni – 135.93 Crores INR

His Instagram earnings have also sky-rocketed thanks to his paid partnership deals.
