Shoaib Akhtar, the legendary Pakistani fast bowler was known for his lethal attack with the ball. His face-offs with the Indian legends including Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid created a lot of buzz in the cricketing fraternity. During their playing days, while Shoaib Akhtar was known for his lethal pace, on the other hand, Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid were known for their blistering batting performances and they gave a tough time to the former Pakistani bowler.
Sachin Tendulkar is regarded as the greatest cricketer to have ever played the game of cricket. During his glorious career, he made many world records. He was known for giving a tough time to the bowlers from around the world. On the other hand, Rahul Dravid was a vital part of the Indian cricket team, has been a savior for the team for more than 2 decades.
Recently, during a live interaction with the ‘Helo App’, Shoaib Akhtar talked about many things, from PSL to many things about cricket. During the interaction, he revealed that for him Rahul Dravid was more difficult to bowl than Sachin Tendulkar. He said:
“Dravid was more difficult to bowl than Sachin,”
Rahul Dravid, who is lovingly called the ‘Great Wall’ of the Indian cricket team, has gone on to prove his mettle in all the three formats of the game in both overseas and home games, having scored over 24000 international runs and 489 centuries. During his glorious career, Rahul Dravid has helped team India many times and saved their day by performing brilliantly.
During the interaction, Shoaib Akhar also revealed the names of his good friends from the Indian cricket team. He said:
“Harbhajan and Yuvraj are good friends in Indian team,”
Furthermore, he also shared his desire to form a franchise with the name ‘Rawalpindi Express’ in the Pakistan Super League. He revealed:
“Would like to form Rawalpindi Express team in PSL,”
