Rohit Sharma Shared The Best Moment With MS Dhoni

The ‘Hitman’ of the Indian cricket team Rohit Sharma’s journey from being just a ‘talented’ batsman who was wasting his potential to now being one of the most talented and dependable batsmen around the world. While he has taken his IPL team Mumbai Indians to new heights, he takes more pride in the fact that he has able to fulfill his dream of playing for team India.

On the occasion of Friendship Day today, Rohit Sharma decided to host a ‘Question and Answer’ session on Twitter, where he was flooded with questions from his fans and he replied with a video answer to each one of them. Starting the Question and Answer session on Twitter, Rohit Sharma wrote:

Let’s celebrate Friendship Day together guys. Send me your questions using #AskRo and I will answer as many as I can tomorrow”

During the session, Rohit Sharma was asked to describe the best moment with MS Dhoni. Rohit picked sharing the field with him when he scored his first triple hundred. He said:

“My best moment with MS Dhoni was when I scored my triple hundred. He was batting with me, we had a long partnership and sharing a lot of other things on the field was the best moment”

When asked about the number of times spinner Yuzvendra Chahal calls him in a day, Rohit Sharma said they don’t talk on phone. He said:

No Chahal doesn’t call me when I am at home. We have enough of each other when we are on a tour. He enjoy our time off from each other,”

He was also asked about the recent statement of Suresh Raina where he said Rohit Sharma is the next MS Dhoni of team India. Responding to it, he said:

“Yes, I heard about that comment from Suresh Raina. MS Dhoni is one of a kind and nobody can be like him and I believe comparisons should not be made like that, every individual is different and has his strengths and weaknesses,”
