It was a bad day at work for RCB skipper Virat Kohli as nothing went right for him. Royal Challengers Bangalore was defeated by Mumbai Indians by five-wickets in Abu Dhabi on Wednesday. Moreover, Virat Kohli failed to give the best of his abilities with the bat as he was dismissed with just 9 runs off 14 balls.
On the other hand, Mumbai Indians’ Suryakumar Yadav who was not picked in the Indian team for the upcoming tour to Australia, played a match-winning knock to take his team home. SKY soaked in all the pressure after the batting line-up collapsed in quick successions.
He single-handedly blasted Bangalore bowlers all over the park. He was hitting the ball according to his will. He completed his half-century off 29 balls and turned the fate of the game.
Not just this, SKY finished off the chase in a stunning way by smashing a four. Playing a heroic knock, he scored 79 runs off 43 balls, smashing 10 fours and 3 sixes. While, it was nothing less than eye-treat to watch his hit some stunning shots, however, there was this one moment from his knock that has become the highlight of the match. The skipper of RCB and SKY were seen sharing an intense moment.
The incident took place during the 13th over of the chase when Virat Kohli picked the ball and walked towards SKY, staring him deep in the eyes, and was seen Saying something to SKY while shining the ball. However, SKY didn’t let Kohli get under his skin as he stared at the RCB skipper before the latter came and stood right beside the batsman. Virat’s tactic didn’t bother SKY at all. He stared right back at him and walked away from Kohli.
The video of the same has been going viral on social media and is attracting reactions from all over.
Here, watch the video:
I don't know whether it was about the selection or not but what Kohli has done today was not in good taste.
No matter why Naseeruddin Shah called him world's worst behaved cricketer.

Kohli came to sledge SuryaKumar Yadav during the break and Surya left like a gentleman. This shows how desperate Virat is to win this IPL. Didn’t expect this from a player like Virat Kohli.#MIvsRCB pic.twitter.com/AezwF3gyuG

What a statement by Suryakumar Yadav @surya_14kumar . That damn faceoff with Virat which he clearly won and his performance with the bat was a tight slap for the selectors. Shame on virat for trying cheap sledging tricks to win. He never deserved to be the Indian Captain pic.twitter.com/g56vEUMXT2
