Virender Sehwag Tells Why T Natarajan’s Problems Will Keep Increasing: India’s new bowling sensation, T Natarajan impressed one and all with his impeccable talent. After, leaving a mark in the 2020 edition of the Indian Premier League, T Natarajan continued with his brilliance in the just concluded limited-series of the Australia tour.

He gave back-to-back brilliant performances especially in India’s white-ball squad as he played a crucial role in India’s success in the limited-format series. While his future seems as bright as the sun now, but former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag feels that Natarajan might face plenty of challenges ahead of him.

Recently, Sehwag talked about team India’s latest discovery T Natarajan’s future prospects, and opined that he might face plenty of challenges ahead of him as his career progresses. During a discussion on the Sony Sports network, Sehwag started by pointing out that it is just the beginning of Natarajan’s career and he will be confronted with a lot of challenges ahead.

However, Sehwag is hopeful that Natarajan will be a quick learner and will continue to scare the opposition. He said:

As Natarajan keeps on playing, his problems will also keep increasing. But if he keeps learning, he will continue to trouble the other teams more and more.”

He added:

“The problems will also increase because people will start understanding him, what he does, when he bowls which delivery, what are his strengths. So, they will make a gameplan according to that.”

Further, Sehwag claimed that if Natarajan spends time with bowlers like Zaheer Khan or Ashish Nehra, he will gain a lot. He said:

“Since he is a left-armer, I feel if Zaheer Khan or Ashish Nehra spend time with him, if they go to the Indian camp and spend time with the fast bowlers then there will be a lot to gain for the Indian bowlers.”

He added:

“Because the sort of experience they have, the tough situations in which they have bowled, they can explain and teach a lot. If that happens, it will be good for T Natarajan.”
