Rahane led the team from the front as he scored a blistering century and became the 12th skipper to score a Test hundred in Australia. He remained unbeaten after scoring 104 runs from 200 balls, as he slammed 12 fours. Ravindra Jadeja also registered an unbeaten 40 from 104 balls.
