India played their first ODI in Ahmedabad in 1981 but it was at the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel stadium. It has just hosted one international match

Talking about the ongoing series, the first two games were held in Chennai, while England emerged victorious in the opening game of the series, the hosts made a strong comeback in the second match. It will be interesting to see if India is able to continue with its form.
