Fans Are Hailing Virat Kohli For Defending Mohammad Siraj

Everytime Virat Kohli and Ben Stokes are up against each other, entertainment and drama are guaranteed and the same happened during day 1 of the ongoing fourth Test match between India and England in Ahmedabad.

Both Kohli and Stokes were involved in a bit of a banter and it looked to be getting out of hands however the banter was broken-off by the on-field umpires. The verbal spat between Indian skipper Virat Kohli and England all-rounder Ben Stokes became the highlight of the match as it garnered all the attention

Well, it happeened after Mohammed Siraj bowled a bouncer to Ben Stokes to finish the 13th over, this is when Ben Stokes mouthed a few words at Siraj. Though Siraj didn’t say much in return but Kohli decided to take the matter into his hands and got up to Stoks face when Stokes and Bairstow were talking in between overs to defend his player.

However, the exchange didn’t end there as when Ben Stokes was on his way back to the crease, Virat entered the scene again and both the cricketers continued to have a go at each other. Before things could get ugly the on-field umpire Virender Sharma intervened to stop the fight.
