Harsha Bhogle Tells Why We Can Still Get A Result In WTC Final: The ongoing final clash of the World Test Championship between India and New Zealand has been badly impacted by the rain. Everyone was left disappointed after rain washed out an entire day’s play for the second time in the ongoing WTC Final, diminishing the hopes of a final result.

Notably, earlier out the opening day of the Test match was washed out because of the rain, and Day 2 ended early because of bad light.

On Monday, the entire day was abandoned because of the rain. Meanwhile, the weather forecast for Tuesday and the reserve day on Wednesday are better. However with both the teams not even managing to get past the first innings, it will be interesting to see if we can get the winner of the inaugural edition of the WTC Final.

Meanwhile, popular Indian commentator and cricket analyst, Harsha Bhogle also took to his Twitter and gave his opinion about the remaining WTC Final. In his tweet, Harsha expressed how, with 196 overs available, there is enough time for a result. He also claimed that 50% of Test matches in the last few years have ended within 320 overs. He wrote:

“With the forecast better over the next two days and, potentially, 196 overs available, there is enough time for a result. 50% of test matches in the last 3 years have ended in under 320 overs which is what we will most likely end up with.”

Here, check out the Tweet:

Talking about the game, so far, only 141.1 overs have been bowled in the ongoing match all thanks to the English weather conditions. Kane Williamson led side is having an upper hand in the ongoing game as they headed to Stumps on Day 3 at 101 for 2 after having bundled out India for 217.
