Virat Kohli Is Doing Special Practice For The WTC Final: Team India is preparing hard for the much-awaited ICC World Test Championship (WTC) Final against New Zealand, which will get underway from tomorrow at The Rose Bowl, Southampton. Ahead of the mega-event, team India was recently involved in an intra-squad match.

For the intra-squad match, team India was divided into two teams, with Virat Kohli and KL Rahul leading the two sides. There has been plenty of action on-field for the Indian cricketers as the likes of Rohit Sharma, Jasprit Bumrah, Rishabh Pant, Cheteshwar Pujara, etc. are sweating it out in the middle ahead of the much-awaited WTC final.

The BCCI was sharing constant updates from the intra-squad match via their official twitter handle.  Recently, BCCI shared a snippet of the original video first, asking fans to guess what happened after the skippers of the respective sides faced each other. Soon fans flooded the tweet with their amazing reactions to the video.

Later, BCCI followed it up with the full-clip where KL Rahul seemed to be in a spot of bother while facing Kohli’s in-swinging delivery.

This isn’t the first time that Virat was seen bowling during the training sessions of Team India. He is often seen bowling spin or medium-pace during Team India’s training sessions.

Meanwhile, team management and skipper Virat Kohli, are yet to reveal their playing XI for the WTC Final. Currently, Virat Kohli and his squad have plenty of options to choose from in their pace department, including the likes of Jasprit Bumrah, Ishant Sharma, Mohammed Siraj, Shardul Thakur competing to feature in the final XI. Not just this, India’s spin department also looks very solid with the presence of R Ashwin, Axar Patel, Washington Sundar, and Hanuma Vihari.
