West Indies pace sensation Sheldon Cotterell left everyone in splits with his latest Tweet in Hindi, where he took a dig at the former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer.  The hilarious exchange happened after Sheldon guided his team St Kitts & Nevis to a remarkable win over Barbados Royals in their last game.

Well, it was a night for the 32-year-old pacer to remember in the ongoing CPL 2021, where he gave a stellar performance. He scored 20 off 7 to win the game for his side,  with a stunning last-ball six.

Meanwhile, Sheldon has been receiving praises from all corners for his heroics in the CPL 2021. Impressed with his stellar show in CPL 2021, a Twitter user tagged former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer and asked if he trained Sheldon Cotterell. The fan wrote: “@WasimJaffer14 sir you trained him??”

The Tweet soon caught the attention of Sheldon Cotterell, who came up with a hilarious reply to the fan. In his reply, Sheldon took a dig at Wasim Jaffer by comparing his bowling efforts to the work Jaffer puts in while coming up with his tweets. However, what took everyone by surprise was the fact that Sheldon tweeted this in Hindi. He wrote:

“Hum bowling pe itni koshish karte hai jitna Jaffar apne tweets pe karta hai.”

For the unversed, both Sheldon and Wasim Jaffer have shared the dressing room together in the past. While the 32-year-old pacer was playing for the Kings XI Punjab (rechristened as Punjab Kings) in IPL 2020, the former Indian cricketer was serving the team as the batting coach for the side.
