Mohammed Azharuddin, the legendary cricketer, is one of the most popular and loved cricketers from India around the world. Soon a series of questions flooded his Twitter account. Fondly called Azhar, he recently took some time out of his busy life and organized an ask me anything session on his Twitter account.

In no time, he was flooded with a series of questions after he put up a tweet that read: Ask me anything about my favorite topic – Fielding. Sitting idle for the next hour. People came up with different questions, ranging from various aspects of cricket.

Among many, a fan asked Azhar about who are the Greatest Indian batsmen in history according to him. The fan wrote: “Greatest indian batters (batsmen) in history in all three formats as per you?”

The tweet soon caught the eyes of Azhar, who came up with a quick reply to the Tweet. In his reply, Azhar revealed that as per him Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag, and Virat Kohli are the three greatest Indian batsmen. He wrote:

He was also named the best fielders in the world now. As per Azhar, Ravinder Jadeja, Glenn Maxwell, Ben Stokes, Suresh Raina and David Warner are the best fielders in the world now.

Replying to, who was the best batsman of his era? Azhar took the name of the legendary cricketer — Sunil Gavaskar. Mohammed Azharuddin also named Mahendra Singh Dhoni as the greatest wicketkeeper-batsman and world number one captain.
