Dean Elgar’s successful review of the LBW call on Day 3 of the ongoing third and final Test match between India and South Africa has raised a lot of eyebrows. The Indian camp was clearly not at all happy after Dean Elgar’s LBW was overturned following a DRS review.
Following this, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli lost his cool and was seen slamming the broadcaster ‘SuperSport’ for allegedly tweaking the results. Virat and other cricketers were seen hitting out at the broadcaster (SuperSuport) for ‘hacking’ the ball tracking system in order to favor the home team.
First, the mic caught Ashwin as saying: “You should find better ways to win Supersport (South Africa broadcaster).” Then Virat Kohli walked towards the stump mic and said: “Focus on your team as well and not just the opposition, trying to catch people all the time.” At last, KL Rahul said: “Whole country playing against XI guys.”

The controversial DRS has led to a huge debate on Thursday. However, not long after the incident, the broadcaster for the hosts, SuperSport, shared a picture on its official Twitter account, claiming that it was the bounce in the Cape Town pitch which was the ‘significant factor’ in the successful review by Elgar.
“The bounce of the pitch – a significant factor in Dean Elgar’s successful review.” Supersport Tweeted.

Later after the end of the day, India’s bowling coach Paras Mhambrey was asked about the controversial DRS incident at the presser. Responding to this, he said that everyone has seen the images and now it’s for the match referee to take the call. He said:
“We saw it, you saw it. I will leave it to the match referee to have a look at it. I have nothing more to say, we have seen it all, we want to just move on with the game now. Every individual is trying his best, sometimes at the moments like this, people do say some things, and it is a game. It would be fair that we move on, let’s not take this further,”
