Virat Kohli, the Indian skipper, is currently the best batsman in all the three formats of the game. He is regarded as the modern legend of this game. He is the only batsman to have scored runs at an average of 50+ in all the three formats. He has impressed one and all with his batting in ODIs, Tests, and also in the shortest format of the game.




During his international career, he has scored a total of 2794 runs in 76 innings of 81 T20I games at an average of 50.8 and a strike rate of 138.25, during which he scored 24 half-centuries. While he is currently the best in all the formats, on the other hand, there has a better T20I average than Kohli.

2. Marcus Trescothick:

Former England opener Marcus Trescothick has scored 166 runs in the 3 matches he played in T20I at an average of 55.33 and with a strike rate of 126.72, during which he scored 2 half-centuries, where his highest score was 72 runs.

1. Travis Dowlin:

Travis Dowlin, the former West Indies batsman tops this list. His T20I came to an end with 68 runs in two innings which came at an average of 68 and with a strike rate of 98.55, during which his highest score was 37. This is surely an interesting name on this list.
