“We should consider every day lost on which we have not danced at least once.”
― Friedrich Nietzsche

The game of cricket is played with a lot of aggression. We see players sledging and arguing in the middle. But, there are a few individuals who prefer dancing over fights and arguments.

Here is the list of the five best dancers in world cricket:

1) DWAYNE BRAVO

Dwayne Bravo is undoubtedly the best dancer in the history of cricket. He is a natural dancer and he is never shy of showing his moves. Bravo is at his dancing best when he wears his Chennai Super Kings’ jersey. He entertains the crowd with his Caribbean style moves and this is why is he one of the biggest crowd-pullers in the IPL.

2) SHANTHAKUMARAN SREESANTH

Shanthakumaran Sreesanth is a trained dancer. Just like Bravo, he also likes dancing wherever he could. Who can forget that moment when he danced with a bat in his hand to celebrate a six that he smashed off Andre Nel’s bowling. Sreesanth was a real character on the field and his dance moves always entertained the crowd. Sreesanth, after his ban from cricket, also appeared in a dance shown in India.

3) CHRIS GAYLE

Chris Gayle re-defined celebrations in cricket with his ‘GANGNAM STYLE’ moves. From IPL to international cricket, Gayle has performed his ‘Gangnam’ dance everywhere. In fact, he deserves a lot of credit for the popularity of Gangnam dance, specially in India.

4) HARBHAJAN SINGH

If Gayle is Gangnam style, Harbhajan Singh is ‘BHAJNAM-STYLE’. Harbhajan Singh re-defined the Gangnam style with his “jumping-jack” style of Gangnam during the IPL. Harbhajan is also a very good Bhangra dancer. All Indian cricket lovers would remember his Bhangra during the final of 2007 T20 World Cup.

5) ADAM GILCHRIST

Adam Gilchrist is not know for his dance, but he deserves a mention here because of what he did in the sixth edition of the IPL. In his last IPL match, Gilchrist decided to take off his keeping gloves and have a bowl. Surprisingly, he took a wicket and celebrated it with his own version of Gangnam style. It was one of the best moments for all Adam Gilchrist fans.
