5 Hotshot Bids In The Auctions If Pakistani Players Were Playing The IPL

Pakistan players would not be a part of the IPL given the sour relationship between Indian and Pakistan. But has the Pakistan players been a part of the auctions then there were some players who would have given the most popular faces of international cricket a run for their money?

Here’s the list of Pakistan players who would have been hotshots in the auctions.

Babar Azam

A fine batsman for the limited overs cricket especially T20s. Babar Azam has been sensational for Pakistan in recent years.

His average in T20s is 51, would you believe it? That’s way too much for a T20 player and most importantly he has a handsome strike rate of 123.

If he was playing the IPL he would

have been a great addition to the team he was in.

Imad Wasim

He’s the secondly ranked bowler in the ICC rankings for T20 Internationals. He’s got 27 wickets to his name in 25 T20 internationals and more importantly, he’s got these wickets at an economy of just 6.08 which is way too good as per the T20 norms.

Hasan Ali

Again a brilliant bowler who can lead a pace attack pretty well. Hasan has been instrumental in Pakistan’s success and has picked up 17 wickets from his 14 T20 Internationals. If he was playing the IPL he would have been one of the hottest bids.

Shadab Khan

This 19-year-old is a great all-rounder in the making. Shadab has a strike rate of 154 in T20s and is a useful leg break bowler.

Shadab Khan has earned himself a great repute in such an early stage of his career. He has picked up 17 wickets for from his 12 T20 Internationals and his economy has been just 6.57 which is brilliant.

Mohammad Amir
