MS Dhoni is one of the most loved and respected cricketer around the world. Besides his world-class performances, his humble personality and cool as cucumber nature has earned him huge respect and love from his millions of fans. He is the coolest and the calmest person on the field.

It is a very rare sight when we see Dhoni losing his cool, the way he soaks in pressure and supports the other teammates is something that is not everyone’s cup of tea. There have been rare occasions when Dhoni has lost his cool and the results turned out to be hilarious. All thanks to the stump-mics we were able to hear some of the gems produced by MS Dhoni. Here, we bring you 5 instances when MS Dhoni lost his cool.

Have a look:

1.  “Come on guys Let’s bring the Eiffel Tower Down” :

This happened in the year 2006, during the first test match between India and South Africa at The Wanderers Stadium. MS Dhoni was seen grinning when Andre Nel walked in to take the strike. Following which MS Dhoni was heard sledging Proteas tailenders Andre Nel and Makhaya Ntini.

2. “udhar girlfriend nahi hai”:

In 2010 during the first Test between India and New Zealand, Dhoni wasn’t happy with Sreesanth’s fielding placement. Asking him to change his position, MS Dhoni said: “Oye Sree udhar girlfriend nahi hai, idhar aa ja thoda”.

3. “Bhootni ke idhar dekh le“:

Dhoni is someone who can make his team win matches from behind the stumps. However, during India’s innings against South Africa in the second T20I back in 2018, Dhoni got upset with Manish Pandey as he wasn’t looking at him for signals and calls. Soon, he said ” Bhootni ke idhar dekh le” and this became one of the most viral meme of that year.

4. “You are still my first Test wicket”

Well, this is one of the most epic ones. MS Dhoni sledged Kevin Pietersen who wasn’t even playing the match when Dhoni sledged him during an IPL game. During IPL season 10 when MS Dhoni was adjusting field, Manoj Tiwary walked towards him and told him about Pietersen’s taunt from the commentary box. Pietersen had claimed that he is a better golfer than Dhoni. This is when MS Dhoni said “You are still my first Test wicket”

5. “Udhar Taali bajane ke liye nahi rakha hai”

This happened during a Test match against New Zealand, MS Dhoni was heard telling Ravindra Jadeja about the field placement. Ravindra Jadeja was asking for a fielder, this is when MS Dhoni reminded him that he has kept Cheteshwar Pujara for the same reason only on that certain position for Ross Taylor. He had said: “Udhar Taali bajane ke liye nahi rakha hai”
