However, they made a strong comeback in the next game, winning by 20 runs to secure the series victory.
Here’s Why Deepak Chahar Is Not Playing 5th IND vs AUS T20I Match

Meanwhile, all-rounder Deepak Chahar has been excluded from the playing XI due to a medical emergency. Deepak Chahar returned to the Indian side in the 4th T20 against AUS after a decent performance. Unfortunately, he did not perform well with the ball, leading to his exclusion from the India vs Australia 5th T20.
During the toss, the captain of the India National Cricket Team, Suryakumar Yadav, announced that Deepak Chahar had to leave the team due to a medical emergency. Arshdeep Singh was named as his replacement in the playing XI.
“We would have loved to bowl first. I told the team to not change anything, another opportunity to play in front of an amazing crowd, so just go and enjoy (is the message to the team). The way the batting unit has delivered, just told them to believe and execute. Arshdeep comes in for Deepak Chahar. He (Deepak) has flown back home because of a medical emergency,” said Indian skipper Suryakumar Yadav at the toss.
