IND vs NZ: Hardik Pandya’s Reaction Goes Viral After Kane Williamson Heroically Saves Trophy From Falling

India and New Zealand will resume their cricketing rivalry in the upcoming white-ball series, starting from November 18 to 30. India vs New Zealand 2022 series will witness three ODI games and three T20I games. The T20I series will witness three matches on November 18, 20, and 22. Talking about India vs New Zealand ODI series, the 1st ODI is set to take place on November 25 at Eden Park in Auckland. The 2nd ODI will be played on November 27 at Seddon Park in Hamilton while the 3rd ODI takes place on November 30 at Hagley Oval in Christchurch. Shikhar Dhawan is the skipper of India in the ODI series.

Hardik Pandya will be seen leading the Indian cricket team in the upcoming three-match T20I series against New Zealand. The upcoming tour of New Zealand will not feature Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Ravi Ashwin, Dinesh Karthik, and KL Rahul as they all have been rested for the series. In their absence, the likes of Umran Malik, Shubman Gill, Ishan Kishan, and Sanju Samson have been given a chance to play for the Indian side and Pandya says the upcoming series will be an important one for them in the grand scheme of things.

Ahead of the series, India captain Hardik Pandya and NZ skipper Kane Williamson unveiled the trophy. The duo took a ride on a crocodile bike and then posed with the trophy.

It was quite a windy day in Wellington and it took Kane Williamson’s heroics to stop the trophy from falling to the ground. As the trophy moved a bit, Williamson was quick to save the trophy and reacted after quickly pouching it. He said: “I will have it,” Hardik Pandya was left in splits with Kane Williamson’s claim and the duo shared a laugh. The video of the same was shared by New Zealand cricket team’s official Twitter handle.
