In a recently published list of the most searched personalities in 2022, the Indian Test captain Virat Kohli has gained the second spot, only behind the honourable Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi.
It is noteworthy that in the list published by Yahoo, Virat Kohli has emerged as the most searched sports personality in India. The second most searched sports prsobnlity in India after Virat Kohli is former Indian captain MS Dhoni, who is at the sixth spot in the list.
India’s Olympics hero Neeraj Chopra is the only non-cricket sports personality in the list. Chopra, who bagged a historic gold medal at Tokyo Olympics 2020, is ranked 19th in the list.
In the same list, issued by Yahoo, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan has secured the 7th spot, while actor Sidharth Shukla, who died earlier this year at a very young age, got the fourth position.
Bollywood’s stalwart and one of the most popular actors in Hindi cinema’s history, Salman Khan and Allu Arjun secured second and third positions respectively. The fourth position went to late Puneeth Rajkumar. And late actor Dilip Kumar, who passed away at the age of 98, is at fifth place.
If we talk particularly about females, Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan is at the top of the list of Most Searched Female Celebrities, while Katrina Kaif is at the second spot, and Priyanka Chopra at the 3rd.
