The fan’s post surfaced after MI skipper Hardik Pandya opted not to let Mohammad Nabi bowl during the second innings while defending a total of 193 in Mullanpur. Despite Mumbai winning their third match of the season against Punjab Kings, it’s evident that Nabi is frustrated with the limited opportunities.
“Some of your captain’s decisions are very strange and surprise people!? Nabi didn’t bowl today!” – the fan wrote.
The fan further praised Nabi for his contribution as he took two stunning catches and one run-out. The fan added: “President. Game Changer. At A very important time! Two Catches and one run out.”
Mohammad Nabi shared the fan’s post, however, he was quick to delete his Instagram story. But the screenshot of his Instagram story has already gone viral on the internet.

Mohammad Nabi, the seasoned Afghanistan all-rounder, has struggled to make an impact with both bat and ball. Despite failing to take any wickets, his slow-paced four runs off seven balls in a crucial moment arguably contributed to MI’s loss in the high-scoring clash against CSK.
Nabi also failed to contribute with the bat as well during MI’s match last night against Punjab Kings as he was dismissed for a duck.
