Shubman Gill, the young Indian cricketer, has grown into popularity. He is being seen as the next generation superstar for Indian Cricket. Recently, some rumours of his marriage with Ridhima Pandit has come to limelight. Pandit is famous for acting in Bahu Humari Rajni Kant and her appearance on Bigg Boss OTT 1. Ridhima cleared all the rumours through an Instagram post that there is no plans of marriage with Shubman Gill and nothing is happening between them.
Ridhima Pandit Breaks Silence On Whether She Is Dating Shuman Gill
She uploaded an Instagram story where she says: “Good morning. I have been woken up by a barrage of calls from journalists, and this has never happened. A lot of them want to know about my upcoming marriage, but to whom? No, nothing is happening. Go on with your day. I will tell you if something happens.”
Ridhima also said that she does not have any sort of contact with Shubman Gill. She also said that Gill is a very good cricketer but she does not know him personally. Pandit also went on to say that if she ever meets him personally, both of them will laugh thinking about all these rumours.
She said, “No (about dating Shubman)! Firstly, I don’t even know him. I think he’s an amazing sports person, but main unhe jaanti nahi (I don’t know him). Jab main kabhi unhe milungi, I am pretty sure hum log hasenge iss baare mein (If I ever meet him, we will laugh about this). I think he is very, very cute, but unfortunately, there’s nothing that is happening.”
In another interview, the actress said that she is single and open to dating. However, all these rumours linking with Shubman Gill will not allow her to find a suitable person, Mary and settle down easily.
She said, “I am single and ready to mingle, but because of these rumours, probable suitors now won’t come forward I think. I do want to get married and settle down.”
Earlier, rumours have linked Gill with Sara Tendulkar ( the daughter of Sachin Tendulkar) and also Sara Ali Khan, the Bollywood actress. Recently, Gill led a young Indian Cricket Team in Zimbabwe and won the series 4-1. He is expected to be present in India’s tour of Sri Lanka.
