MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings won their maiden game of the ongoing 2021 edition of the Indian Premier League by defeating Punjab Kings by 6 wickets. This was also the 200th match of MS Dhoni for his team Chennai Super Kings. Yes, MS walked out for the Yellow Army for the 200th time in T20 cricket, representing Chennai Super Kings and what could have been better than a victory as a gift.

Meanwhile, as Dhoni completed 200 games for CSK, the legendary cricketer has been trending on social media. From cricketers, experts to fans, everyone took to their Twitter to congratulate MS on playing his 200th game in the yellow jersey.

Among many, Chennai Super Kings’ Chinna Thala, i.e, Suresh Raina also took to his twitter and shared a few pictures from the game and from the celebration. In his tweet, he dedicated the win to MS Dhoni and also talked about the phenomenal effort made by the team. He wrote:

Earlier, Shane Watson also took to his twitter and wrote a beautiful tweet dedicated to MS Dhoni on his 200th game. In his tweet, Watson hailed Dhoni as one of the greatest leaders of the game and also went on to call him the heartbeat of the team. He wrote:

“Best of luck tonight MS for your 200th match for @ChennaiIPL. You are the heartbeat of the team and one of the greatest leaders in the game.”
