Irfan Pathan Gave A Savage Reply To Waqar Younis Tweet Targeting Team India: Former Pakistan cricketer Waqar Younis has found himself at the receiving end of criticism and trolling because of his latest tweet targeting the Indian cricket team ahead of the India vs Pakistan clash in Asia Cup 2022.
Waqar’s tweet came after Pakistan’s sensational bowler Shaheen Afridi was ruled out of the upcoming Asia Cup 2022 because of a knee injury. Afridi suffered a right knee ligament injury during the 1st Test against Sri Lanka last month and since then he didn’t take the field. The 22-year-old pacer is currently with the Pakistan team in the Netherlands as part of the rehabilitation program.
Meanwhile, after Afridi was ruled out of the Asia Cup 2022, Waqar Younis took to a dig at the Indian cricket team. In his Tweet, Waqar claimed that the news was a big relief for the Indian top-order batters. He wrote:
“Shaheen’s injury Big relief for the Indian top order batsmen. Sad we won’t be seeing him in #AsiaCup2022 Get fit soon Champ @iShaheenAfridi”

Younis’ tweet didn’t go down well with the fans, who are now trolling him left, right and center. However, the best Tweet came from former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan who came up with an epic Tweet.
Irfan Pathan also took to his Twitter and took a hilarious dig at Waqar Younis as he wrote how it will be a relief for other teams that Jasprit Bumrah and Harshal Patel aren’t playing this Asia cup. He wrote:
“It’s a relief of other teams that Bumrah and Harshal aren’t playing this Asia cup!”
