Sunil Gavaskar Offered To Help Virat

Recently, in an interview, Sunil Gavaskar claimed that if he gets to spend just 20 minutes with Kohli, he could help him with certain issues. Gavaskar further highlighted that the problem in Kohli’s case is that his first mistake is turning out to be his last. He explained that since he is struggling to score runs, he is trying to play every delivery in order to overcome his barren run. He said:

“It goes back to the fact that his first mistake turns out to be his last. Again, just because he is not amongst the runs, there is this anxiety to play at every delivery because that is what batters feel, they have got to score. You look to play at deliveries that you otherwise won’t. But he has gotten out to good deliveries as well on this particular tour,” concluded Gavaskar.
