Meanwhile, talking about Chahal’s professional front, Yuzvendra Chahal endured a stellar run in the just-concluded 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League on a personal level. Though his team Rajasthan royals couldn’t win their second IPL title, following the 7-wicket loss to Hardik Pandya-led Gujarat Titans in the final game at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.

With the ball in hand, Yuzvendra had a dream run in the IPL 2022 as he picked 26 wickets during the tournament and also went on to win the prized Purple Cap of this season.

Yuzvendra Chahal will be now seen playing for the Indian cricket team in the upcoming 5-match T20I series against South Africa, which is scheduled to take place from 9th July.
