Australia’s star batter Steve Smith is known for his bizarre and orthodox style of batting. In the ongoing game between England and New Zealand, pacer Trent Boult reminded everyone of Smith’s batting style as he hilariously imitated his one-legged opened-up defense.
The England cricket team bundled out New Zealand on a total of 132 runs only and are in a position of strength in the ongoing first Test match at Lords. While Anderson picked four wickets, Matthew Potts, who was making his dream debut took four wickets including four maiden overs. Both the bowlers picked eight wickets and the rest of the two were dismissed by Ben Stokes and Stuart Broad.

However, during New Zealand’s innings, Trent Boult stole the show as he produced a remarkable moment to remind everyone of Steve Smith. Well, it was in the 36th over of the innings when Matthew Potts was bowling and he bowled a short-length delivery on the fourth ball to Boult. The stylish batter then shuffled outside the off-stump and imitated the stance just like Steve Smith.
Boult also held on to the pose to make everyone notice his stance. His technique and posture while playing the delivery reminded everyone of the Australian batting great. The video of the same has been going viral on the internet and has left everyone in awe of him.
