The Coronavirus pandemic has affected the whole world and India is currently under the lockdown, which was imposed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in order to prevent the outspread of Coronavirus. President of the Board of Control for Cricket in India and the former Indian skipper, Sourav Ganguly is currently spending a lot of time with his family.
Dona Ganguly, wife of Sourav Ganguly opened up about how Sourav Ganguly has been spending during his Quarantine. In an interview, Dona Ganguly, who is a brilliant dance teacher, talked about how Quarantine has changed the day-to-day activities of Sourav Ganguly and that she doesn’t remember the time she saw the former skipper stay at home for this long. She said:
“Can’t remember when was the last time I saw Maharaj (Sourav) stay at home for this long. He has a chock-a-block schedule throughout the year and has to tour a lot. But now he is waking up late in the morning. Sometimes he’s hitting the gym, but most times he’s at home, watching movies, chatting with us,”
Dona Ganguly revealed that Sourav Ganguly has been spending his time watching movies on Netflix with his family. She said:
“Have watched almost all movies on Netflix. Got to watch ‘Article 15’ today. Earlier, Sana used to watch them on the mobile app and we weren’t much into it. But now, we all are watching. Yesterday, we watched ‘The Break-Up’. If we are liking something then, we are passing on our suggestions to the others,”
Further Dona Ganguly also revealed that their daughter Sana Ganguly is getting some useful tips from her about cooking as she will be going abroad for further studies.
Meanwhile, the COVID-19 pandemic’s graph of wrath that has been increasing rapidly. The number of Coronavirus infected people all around the world has reached 735,015, including 34,804 deaths. Talking about India, the numbers are increasing at a very high speed and have crossed 1k mark, with 29 deaths
