Angry Fans Trolled KL Rahul For Getting Angry After His Own Mistake: The Indian cricket team is currently taking on West Indies in the ongoing 2nd ODI match at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.
The visitors won the toss and opted to bowl first in order to restrict team India to a decent total and as they gave a brilliant performance with the ball to and dismissed the top three batters – Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, and Virat Kohli – leaving India reeling at 43/3 after 12 overs.
Team India was in deep trouble and was in dire need of a partnership and this is when KL Rahul joined hands with Suryakumar Yadav to rebuild the innings for team India. The duo took their time to settle down before they launched a counterattack.
KL Rahul, who missed the first ODI against West Indies, returned to the side in place of Ishan Kishan. He walked out to bat at number 4 and went on to score 49 off 48 balls. He was batting fluently until a horrible mixup with Suryakumar Yadav resulted in him being run out.
KL Rahul played a drive off Kemar Roach’s delivery and immediately called for a double. It was on but during the return, he hesitated and a clean throw from Akeal Hosein ensured that the West Indies keeper Shai Hope didn’t have much to do behind the stumps.
His partner Suryakumar Yadav also responded to his call but because of some reason, Rahul stopped in the middle of the pitch and was eventually dismissed on 49 runs.KL Rahul looked annoyed at Suryakumar but the replays showed the latter had responded to his call.
