The blockbuster clash between Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore is going on in full swing and is turning out to be a full-on entertainer. During the match, the RCB skipper Virat Kohli was seen in his usual elements as he pulled a stunning no-look six off Shardul Thakur’s delivery.
Virat Kohli, who has been struggling with his form, gave the fans a glimpse of his old form as he walked out to bat with all-guns-blazing and started to smash the bowlers from the first ball itself. Virat Kohli along with Devdutt Padikkal carried on the momentum from the first over itself and took the game by storm, raining 4s and 6s with their bats.
The best shot of the match came from the bat of RCB skipper Virat Kohli, which came in the fifth over of the powerplay. Shardul Thakur pulled off a length delivery in the slot and Virat’s eyes lit up. He placed his front foot across and unleased a monstrous no-look six and smashed the ball out of the ground.
What followed was a sense of relief on Virat’s face. He looked as if the weight on his shoulders eased a bit and fans finally got to see a glimpse of the old ‘run-machine of the cricket world.
