Cricket is a game where one can’t score a century every time he walks out. But some so called fans of the Indian cricket team just look for excuses to unnecessarily troll cricketers for a bad performance or two and even get too personal.
This is exactly what happened when Virat Kohli and Shikhar Dhawan fell without troubling the scorer’s much in the first innings at Cape Town.
As Virat Kohli played his first match after grand marriage celebrations, he got out for just 5 runs as extra bounce from Morne Morkel did him. As Kohli made the long walk back to the pavilion having scored just 5 runs, Twitter erupted with trolls and some of them were perhaps too personal and should have been avoided.
Even when you’re the best batsmen in the world then too you would have some off days and fail occasionally and people should understand this rather trolling. Perhaps people in India are too fascinated by trolls that they want to troll anything and everything.
Just one bad innings and people asking Anushka what’s wrong is utter stupidity and not encouraged at all. This only puts forth the sick mindsets of some people who claim to be fans of the game. If they were the true fans of their team and the game they would stand by them in their failures and not troll them like this.
Virat Kohli in the last test series he played scored more than 600 runs in just 3 matches and has made India amply proud in the past few years and he surely doesn’t deserve this on just one failed innings.
This is how Twitter went shameless with just one bad innings from Kohli:
He was in a hurry to join Anushka ??

Virat Kohli proves honeymoon hangovers exist. Yet again.

I can literally feel what Virat kohli must be going through right now — angered, distorted, and self-destructive. How can a player like him get out on such a mediocre delivery.

Now I’m totally agree that @stevesmith49 is No.1 test batsman in the world. Well ahead of @imVkohli . Kohli may be no.2 but not no.1 in test until smith.#SAvsIND #INDvSA #SunfoilTest #Ashes
