Fans Are Trolling Indian Cricketers For Their Poor Performance In 3rd T20I

The Indian cricket team is currently locking their horns with Sri Lanka in the ongoing series decider match in Colombo. Team India-led by Shikhar Dhawan suffered a horrendous batting collapse as they scored their third-lowest T20I total in the final T20I against Sri Lanka.

Before the game kickstarted, the visitors s opted to bat first however they failed miserably to set a challenging total as the Sri Lankan bowlers wreaked havoc and gave nightmares to the Indians.

Wanindu Hasaranga turned out to be the hero for the Sri Lankan side as he returned figures of 4 for 9 while skipper Dasun Shanaka scalped 2 wickets. Talking about the Indian cricketers, Kuldeep Yadav top-scored with 23 not-out, while Shikhar Dhawan, Sanju Samson, and Varun Chakravarthy were dismissed on a duck. This was the 4th time India has 3 batsmen dismissed on ducks in an innings. The Indian cricket team was bundled up at 81/8, which is their third-lowest T20I total.

Meanwhile, fans on social media went berserk after the horrendous show from the Indian cricketers and started trolling them left, right and center. There were many who started trolling Krunal Pandya, as he got infected with COVID-19, and team India had to experiment with new and inexperienced players. There were many who came up with hilarious memes and jokes while trolling the Indian cricketers.

Earlier, Sandeep Warrier, Simarjeet Singh, R. Sai Kishore, Ishan Porel, and Arshdeep Singh were included in the main squad and were presented with their maiden India cap. With Krunal Pandya getting infected with COVID-19 and as many as 8 players being asked to isolate themselves, the BCCI had no choice but to give the opportunity to these young lads.
