The 14th edition of the cricket’s biggest extravaganza has been suspended indefinitely after multiple COVID-19 cases were reported within the bio-bubble. However, during the tournament, many players gave impressive performances in the IPL 2021. Punjab Kings’ batting star Shahrukh Khan, who had a decent time plying his trade for Punjab Kings in the recently-suspended IPL 2021. Over the last few months, he has given some decent performances in the domestic circuit.
Though he registered himself in the IPL 2021 auction at a base price of INR 20 lakhs, however, he was bought by the KL Rahul-led franchise for a whopping INR 5.25 crores.
Shahrukh took to his social media and shared a picture with Preity Zinta and came up with an epic caption. His post became the talking point on social media as interestingly, Shahrukh used the dialogue from the Bollywood Blockbuster movie Kal Ho Naa Ho, starring Zinta and Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan. Sharing the picture, Shahrukh wrote:

Earlier, Shahrukh was praised by Preity Zinta for his sensational knock against MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL 2021. Shahrukh Khan had slammed a crucial knock of 36-ball 47 to help Punjab Kings register a modest total of 106-8 in 20 overs. However, his knock went in vain as MS Dhoni-led side Chennai Super Kings defeat Punjab Kings to win their first game of the season.
“#SRK batted so well under pressure & bowlers came back stronger from the previous game,” the actress had written in her special tweet for the Shahrukh-starer Punjab Kings side.
