Suryakumar Yadav made a blockbuster entry into his international career. Suryakumar, who is playing his second T20I, started his innings with a stunning six to Jofra Archer. This was his first international runs for the Indian cricket team.
Suryakumar made his international debut in the ongoing T20I series against England however didn’t get an opportunity to bat during the match. Following the match, SKY was dropped from the playing XI of the 3rd T20I match.
Ahead of the 4th T20I on Thursday, the swashbuckling batsman was picked in the playing XI and even got the opportunity to show his batting skills, and SKY made sure to make full use of the opportunity. SKY walked with all-guns-blazing when the Indian top-order batsmen had already fallen. He took the game by storm from the first ball he faced.

The stunning six came in the fourth over, right after Rohit Sharma was dismissed for 12 by Jofra Archer, who welcomed him with a short delivery at 143.9 kph. However, SKY went on his backfoot and smashed the ball over the fine leg fence and left everyone jaw-dropped. Suryakumar became the first Indian cricketer to start an international career with a first ball SIX.
