Angry Fans Trolled Virat Kohli After He Scored A Duck: Virat Kohli’s batting woes continue after he was dismissed for a duck by Adil Rashid in the ongoing 1st T20I against England in Ahmedabad.
Virat’s batting performances have been under the scanner for quite a while now. It was in November 2019 when Virat Kohli smashed his last international century Bangladesh in the pink-ball Test. Though he has scored a few fifties since then, however, it is evident that he hasn’t been on top of his game.
The ongoing first T20I of the five-match T20I series against England at the Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium was once again a testament to Virat’s poor form as he went back to the pavilion after scoring a 5-ball duck leaving team India hanging in the middle.
Talking about his performance in the ongoing 1st T20I in Ahmedabad, after playing out four dots, Virat tried to smash the very first ball he faced off Adil Rashid, however, he failed to clear mid-off and had to walk back to the pavilion without scoring any numbers.
This was the 8th-time that the Indian skipper was dismissed to leg-spinners in T20Is. Virat was understandably upset as he walked back to the pavilion after getting dismissed on a duck
